Tours (by appointment) Winery Tours include a guided tour through the processes and history of port production. Tour participants can see wine production methods such as the solara blending system and then taste port from the processes they observe. Tours are available by appointments preferably made 5-10 days in advance.

Tasting (Daily 11-5) Ficklin Ports and wines are available to be tasted free of charge along with various nuts, fruits, and chocolates. All wines tasted are available for purchase at the tasting room with a 10% case discount. PortFolio Society members have the opportunity to taste a greater selection of wines and receive a 20% discount on all tasting room purchases. Groups of 10 or more $5.00 charge per person.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS From northbound Highway 99: 1/2 mile past the San Joaquin River, exit Avenue 7 to the west. Go about 3 miles to Road 30 and turn right. Go exactly 1/2 mile to the winery driveway on the right. From southbound Highway 99: About 4 or 5 miles south of Madera take the Avenue 9 exit west. Go about 1 mile to a stop sign at Road 30. Turn left on Road 30 and go exactly 1 1/2 miles to the winery driveway on the left.
