By submitting this form, I am requesting to become a member of Ficklin Vineyards PORTFOLIO SOCIETY. As a member of the Ficklin Vineyards PORTfolio Society I agree to purchase two (2) Portfolio Society Release Sets within a year period of time. Upon purchasing the first two available Release Sets, I will remain a member, with full membership rights and obligations until I request my membership be cancelled in writing at least one week before a Portfolio Society Release is made available. In addition to agreeing to purchase the first two Release Sets, I am entitled to a 20% discount on all wines purchased at the winery, invited to all Portfolio Society Release Parties, and discounted rates for other special events hosted by Ficklin Vineyards. Ficklin Vineyards will notify me at least three weeks before each Set is released as to the contents and price of each box set. By submitting this form, I permit Ficklin Vineyards to charge my credit card for each set.
