L'Andalus: Just three barrels were bottled of this blend of the Palomino and Malvasia grapes. This limited third bottling exhibits an aromatic palette including ripe apricot, honey, orange blossom and peach. Additional age has added dimensions of complexity in the mouth with rich layers of character surrounding flavors of roasted nuts. A perfect wine served as either an aperitif or dessert, with a balanced sweetness up front, and a resonant, dry finish. Drink now. (375ml)
